Cottage #2 had a total renovation with laminate floors and carpeted bedrooms it is a two bedroom cottage, one bedroom has 1-double & 1 single bed, the other bedroom has a king size bed. The living/dining room is very spacious with a couch, love-seat and 1 recliner, a large dining table with 6 chairs, large HDTV with satellite programming. Free WIFI. The bathroom has a shower with glass door.  A large lavatory and flush toilet (toilet paper is provided), bath towels are also provided.  The kitchen has everything you would have at home.  Refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, coffeemaker (filters are provided), dishes, utilities, pots and pans, glasses, fry daddy, crock pot and baking pans.  Kitchen towels and dish soap is also provided.  A gas grill is on your private deck for grilling (propane provided).
 
RATES for 2022 is $485. US funds per adult and $275. US funds per child 6-16 years old.
 
CHECK IN: Saturday after 4:00 p.m.  CHECK OUT: the following Saturday before 7:00 a.m.  
Sorry we do not rent for less than a week, if you stay less than a week the rate would still be the rate for the week.

 A $100.00 Deposit per Adult is Required to Hold a Cottage.
